James Racheal Oluwatobi

Rachel holds a BSc in Chemistry from Benue State University. She participated in the design and implementation of the District Health Information System (DHIS2) for the Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria (IHVN). She also contributed to the design and implementation of the School Performance Score Card (SPSC), Teachers Management Information System (TMIS), and Budget Planning Tool (BPT) for USAID's Northern Education Initiative (NEI PLUS). Rachel is a DHIS2 support officer at VMSS following her extensive knowledge of DHIS2 administration.
